- All bespoke and custom orders require a detailed consultation and a formal agreement, including design specifications, materials, pricing, and estimated timelines.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders to cover initial design and material procurement costs.
- Changes to custom orders after production has commenced may incur additional charges and extend delivery times.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices for our services and products are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified.
- Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice.
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges as per UK legal guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
- All designs, plans, concepts, and content developed by Forecastle Furnishings remain our intellectual property until full payment for the services is received and explicitly transferred in writing.
